PRIOR TO BOOKING RESERVATIONS
To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, we are unable to provide service to clients:
- Who are ill
- May feel ill
- Have been exposed to an someone who was, is or may be iill
- Symptomatic
Symptoms include (are not limited to): fever, cough, trouble breathing, headache, muscle pain, sore throat, chills, sensory changes (taste) or *other additional symptoms.

In the event that you may experience symptoms of being ill THE DAY of your scheduled appointment, please notify us immediately so that we can properly notate and CANCEL your reservation at additional NO COST to you.
Please remain home & contact your medical healthcare provider for further guidance and/or treatment of your symptoms.
We ask that you are cleared by your medical healthcare provider (demonstrating no symptoms of illness) prior to booking your next reservation.

ARRIVE ALONE
Additional guests will not be allowed to enter the premises.

COMPLETE VERBAL INTAKE ASSESSMENT
Please be prepared to answer questions regarding your general health.
COMPLETE MANDATORY TEMPERATURE ASSESSMENT
Touchless Infrared Thermometer
Clients whose temperature is ABOVE 99°F will be automatically DENIED services & their appointment CANCELED.
SANITIZE AND DISINFECT HANDS
A designated sanitizing station will be made available for proper use to you upon entering the premises.
