To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID19), service is prohibited for individuals who exhibit symptoms of illness and/or exposed to persons who have been ill.

Symptoms include (are not limited to): fever, cough, trouble breathing, headache, muscle pain, sore throat, chills, sensory changes (taste) or *other additional symptoms.

In the event that you experience symptoms of illness on THE DAY of your scheduled appointment, please notify us immediately so that we can properly notate and CANCEL your reservation at additional NO COST to you.  

Please remain home & contact your medical healthcare provider for further guidance and/or treatment of your symptoms.

We ask that you are cleared by your medical healthcare provider (demonstrating no symptoms of illness) prior to booking your next reservation.
